Adjacent Dpt. was founded by Kristoffer Alexander Holtermann — creative director, brand builder, and founder of krisalexander™. Eight years across fashion, music, advertising, and technology on both sides of the Atlantic. A founder's instinct. A director's eye.

Our production partners are based in the textile heartland of northern Portugal — Porto, Barcelos, and Braga — where some of Europe's finest denim and jersey manufacturers operate. We've built relationships here over years. We know the people, the mills, and the machines.
We offer full product consultation and production oversight: concept development, design direction, fabric selection, sample management, quality control, and final delivery. You bring the vision. We bring it to life.

We work directly with specialist suppliers in northern and southern Italy — giving our clients access to the same material houses used by Europe's leading fashion brands, without the intermediary.
Whether you're sourcing fine shirting fabric for a tailored collection or full-grain leather for outerwear, we handle the relationship, the sampling, and the production coordination end to end.
One of Italy's most respected shirting mills, producing fine constructions in cotton, linen, tencel, and cellulosic blends. Stock service available with flexible MOQ. Seasonal development on request.
Solofra is Italy's leather capital — home to some of Europe's finest tanneries. Full-grain leather and suede for outerwear, accessories, and trims. Samples available, reimbursable on first order.
